This special way of preparing diced beets is an old time recipe revived. Harvard Beets are seldom seen on shelves or restaurants anymore, mainly due to the amount of time they take to prepare. You won't be disappointed with their delicious taste, and even people who don't like beets seem to enjoy them. They make a great side dish and can be given as a hostess gift.

 

Serve hot with any meal or cold added to a salad.

Ingredients: Fresh red beets, vinegar, sugar, corn starch, pepper and salt. 6 servings in a 500 ml. Jar.
