Savory Herb and Tomato Power Meal is another organic choice for vegans, or cooked meat can be added during the cooking process. A seasonal lentil combination combined with quinoa, delicious dried mushrooms, dried tomato, onion, kale, spices and seeds give you an exceptionally delicious meal for 4 or more people. It is our best seller! Great to use if camping, RVing or as an easy to prepare meal at home.

Pour contents into 4.5 cups of water and bring to a boil, then simmer for about 35 minutes (stirring often) until the lentils are soft. Can be cooked as a soup also by using 9 cups of water.

Ingredients: Lentil combination; brown, ivory, red or black depending on availability. Quinoa, dried mushrooms, crushed pumpkin seeds, black sesame seeds, dried tomato, onion, kale, organic palm sugar, cumin, basil, celery seed, salt and pepper.
