This delicious and nutrition laden breakfast (or anytime) cereal is a great alternative to harder granolas, which can be tough to chew. Each rice paper, biodegradable pouch has 6 servings of protein-packed, oven toasted cereal to get you going in the morning! Just add milk or yogurt, no cooking required.

For best results, let cereal sit in milk for 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to soften and open.
